How do I book a mascot?▼
Message us on Facebook with your Name, Event Date, Venue, Time, Contact Number, and Package choice. We require a ₱500 reservation fee (down payment) to secure your date.
How long is the mascot appearance?▼
Each mascot appears for a total of 45 minutes: 15 mins intro, 15 mins TikTok dance number, and 15 mins pictorial/giveaway assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept GCash and PayMaya payments to 0994 367 3314 (Julie Ann Eliver). Please send a screenshot after payment for proper recording.
What is your cancellation policy?▼
Strictly NO cancellation 3 days before the event. The ₱500 reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and serves as cancellation fee if booking is canceled.
When do I pay the remaining balance?▼
The ₱500 down payment is deducted from your total. The remaining balance may be settled after the event with our staff.
Do you charge for transportation?▼
Bacolod City is FREE! Other areas have transport fees: Talisay/Sum-ag (₱600), Silay/Bago (₱700), Victorias (₱800), Binalbagan (₱1,000), Cadiz (₱1,500), Kabankalan (₱2,000), Escalante (₱2,500).
